Private Lessons: Private solo, duo, or trio lessons can be arranged outdoors or in studio. Please email sarah@upsidedownarts.co.uk to book or for further information.

Refunds: Upside Down Arts do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. If there are any cancelled/missed session due to extremely bad weather or Acts of God Upside Down Arts will organise a make-up session or provide a refund.

During session: We see children respond better to teachers when they are left without parents. Occasionally we will welcome in parents to collect 10 mins from the end of class to watch/take pictures of what your child has been learning.

Arriving: Please can you ensure you arrive 5 mins before class starts so your child can start on time with the other children for warm up and general class introductions.

What to wear: Aerial work can be tough on hands, feet, ankles, backs of knees and hips. We recommend protecting these areas by wearing tight fitting clothes which will not get caught in the equipment. Leotards/swimsuits under leggings are ideal. We ask that your child brings a hoodie or long sleeved top to protect the skin. Doubling up layers on legs, such as two pairs of leggings, can be useful to cushion the feeling of the hoops and silks on the body. Please do not send your children with bare legs or waists. We work in bare feet for warm ups. and hair must be tied back and off the face to avoid it getting caught in the equipment. No jewellery is allowed at all for health and safety reasons.

Photos and videos: From time to time we will take photos/videos of students in class. These will be used for advertisement purposes on social media, websites, and print. By enrolling your child in Upside Down Arts you acknowledge that these photos and videos may be taken and used for this purpose. You may withdraw consent to your child being photographed/videoed at any time by written notice to: sarah@upsidedownarts.co.uk

Term/Holiday Dates: All term dates are emailed at the beginning of your term or on the day you sign up for class. Please keep a note of these so as not to turn up to the studio when we are on holiday.
